We are a mobile service for NDIS Participants on the Central Coast NSW and also provide Telehealth support.
Please note we currently only provide support to Plan-Managed and Self-managed NDIS participants and self-funded clients.
Functional Capacity / NDIS Access Assessments
Functional Capacity Assessments can help capture a person's function across a range of activities of daily living and environments. It is a comprehensive assessment that can help justify funding or support required for a participant. Functional Capacity Assessments can also be used to help outline the potential need for access to the NDIS.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments
Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments help capture an individual's unique needs and potential eligibility for SIL or Independent Living Options (ILO) Supports. SIL is an NDIS-funded support that provides supervision or assistance with daily living activities to help individuals live independently and safely while building independent living skills. SIL assessments can help provide justification for a participant's eligibility for SIL or ILO supports.
NDIS Assistive Technology Assessments and Prescriptions
Greenfern Health is able to complete assessments, trials and reports to recommend suitable equipment to meet the unique needs of individuals in order to maintain safety and independence with daily tasks. For example, aids to assist with cooking, medication management, mobility, transfers and more.
NDIS Skill building / Capacity-building sessions
Functional Skill building/ Capacity-building therapy sessions include establishing and supporting individuals to reach the goals that are most important to them. Some areas that Occupational Therapy skill building may assist may include emotional regulation, routine establishment, distress tolerance, sensory processing, interpersonal effectiveness, social skills, mindfulness, meal preparation, community access, budgeting and more!
Who can we support with our services?
Greenfern Health primarily supports individuals with Psychosocial disabilities/mental health conditions such as Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), etc. However, we also regularly support individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and more.

Short Courses and Online Learning
Coming soon! Greenfern Health is working on bringing you high quality short courses and online learning resources focused on evidence based and person-centred forms of supporting your health and wellbeing. These short courses are developed by the director and founder of Greenfern Health, Kalani Morgan, an APHRA Registered Occupational Therapist with extensive experience and knowledge in the field of Mental Health.
Professional Supervision
We provide professional supervision facilitated by Lead Occupational Therapist Kalani Morgan. Kalani is an AHPRA registered Mental Health Occupational Therapist who has undertaken multiple trainings in order to effectively support you in your professional journey.
